How to measure
Chest: Measure the full circumference of the chest, just below the armpits.
Size: Find the top of your hips and measure the full circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the center of the back, through the shoulder, over your naturally bent elbow, then down to the wrist crease.

How to measure
Foot length: Place a piece of paper on the floor against a wall, put your foot on it, then mark the end of your heel and the end of your longest toe. Measure the distance in cm between the two marks.
