Our warehouse is open to the public only during events. In the meantime, the website remains open 24/7 and orders are processed Monday through Friday.

- Environment: To minimize waste while still offering competitive prices, we make every effort to reuse boxes for delivery. Your order may therefore arrive in a box bearing another company's logo, but as Mom used to say: it's what's inside that counts.
- Free delivery We offer free shipping on all orders of $150 or more, before taxes and after discounts.
- Processing time A tracking number will be provided within 36 hours of purchase. No orders are processed over the weekend.
- Delivery costs Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the delivery address. These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Oversized products A delivery charge may apply even if the minimum order for free delivery is not met. This applies to oversized products (weight or volume).
- Delivery delays We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or carrier delays.
