Our warehouse is open to the public only during events. In the meantime, the website remains open 24 hours a day and orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Oui, tout à fait. Il suffit simplement de transférer à cette personne le courriel de confirmation indiquant que la commande est prête à être récupérée.

Il est possible que des frais de livraison s’appliquent même si votre commande dépasse le seuil de livraison gratuite, puisque certains produits surdimensionnés ou plus lourds sont exclus. La livraison gratuite n’est également pas offerte dans toutes les provinces.

- Environment: In orderto limit waste while continuing to offer competitive prices, we make every effort to reuse boxes for delivery. Your order may therefore arrive in a box bearing another company's logo, but as my mother used to say: it's what's inside that counts.
- Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders of $150 or more, before taxes and after discounts.
- Processing time: A tracking number will be provided within 36 hours of purchase. No orders are processed during the weekend.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, dimensions of the package, and delivery address. These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Oversized products: A shipping fee may apply despite the minimum for free shipping. This applies to oversized products (weight or volume).
- Delivery delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or carrier delays.
- Non-service areas
Delivery is not available in the following regions: Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, and Yukon.
