The measurements indicated above correspond to body measurements and are provided for guidance only. They do not guarantee the final fit of the garment, which may vary depending on the cut, style, and personal preferences. Trying on the garment remains the best way to confirm the correct size.
How to measure
Chest: Measure around the widest part of the chest, under the armpits.
Size: Measure around the natural waist.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of the hips.
Inseam: Measure a pair of pants that fit you well, from the inseam to the ankle.
Sleeve length: Measure from the center of the back over the shoulder to the wrist.

Hand circumference: Measure the circumference around the joints of your four fingers.
Hand length: Measure from the base of the wrist to the tip of the middle finger.

How to choose the right size
User height: Measure your total height, barefoot, in an upright position.
Usage: Choose a length that allows a slight gap at the feet for insulation, without excess, to optimize warmth.

RAB sleeping bag dimensions may vary slightly depending on the model (alpine, expedition, trekking). The sizes indicated correspond to the brand's general recommendations. For optimal thermal performance, RAB recommends choosing the closest possible length without compression.
